Nicholas Bubernak, 41, of Lititz, died suddenly Sunday, June 7, 2015 at his residence.
Born in Reading, he was the son of Carole Harvan-Griffith of Manheim Township and Russell Bubernak of Lancaster.
Nicholas was a member of Annunciation Orthodox Church, Lancaster.
A great conversationalist with a warm and outgoing personality, he enjoyed golf, skiing, soccer, and cooking.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his brother, David Bubernak and his wife Vanessa (Peifer) of Lancaster; 2 nieces: Tatiana and Natasha Bubernak of Lancaster; a step-brother, Christopher Meck of Lancaster; a step-sister, Lee Anne Colello and her husband Chris of Westbrook, ME; his stepmother, Marian H. (Fryer) Bubernak of Lancaster; godfather Dr. Nicholas Bybel and his family of Reading; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ronald L. Griffith; his grandparents: Pauline and Michael Harvan and Max and Anna Bubernak; and his godmother Irene K. Lupco.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, June 12, 2015 at Annunciation Orthodox Church, 64 Hershey Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603 with Father Hector Firoglanis officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

I’ve know Nick for many years and have always enjoyed his company, conversation and humor. He was a gentle soul and a gentleman. I’m so sorry, Carole, for this loss of your son.
