Jane was one of our kindest neighbors. She would do anything for you and was always sharing something with us. She would often call my husband and ask for his help with her mother. We, unfortunately, lost touch after she moved out of the neighborhood and into St. Anne’s. I only recently found out that she passed away. Rest in Peace, Jane. You will always be remembered fondly.

I was a dietary aid at St. Anne’s Retirement Community for several years from 2016-2018 and had the priviledge of meeting Jane. She was such a sweet lady who always took the time to get to know us staff members. I learned many lessons from her that will hold with me the rest of my life. Jane used to call me “Marky Sharky” and always had the biggest smile on her face when making anyone laugh with her quick wit and good humor. She is a large part of why I wanted to become a social worker in working with older adults. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Regards, Mark Gales
