Luticia Lynn “Tish” Bupp, 48

Luticia Lynn “Tish” Bupp, age 48, unexpectedly passed away on June 15, 2024. Born in Lancaster, she was the loving daughter of the late Tammy Jo Stiffler and Gary Eckman.
She was a loving homemaker, finding joy in reading, shopping, building her collection of salt and pepper shakers, and spending time with those she held dear.
Throughout her life, Luticia touched the hearts of many with her kind and compassionate nature loving people in any capacity she was able. She dedicated herself to her work as a behavioral specialist assistant at Community Action Partnership Headstart Program and was a proud member of LCBC Lancaster City. Luticia’s Faith in Jesus was a guiding light in her life, and she lived out her values as a devout Christian.
In addition to her father, Gary, Luticia is survived by her beloved husband, Michael J. Bupp of Elizabethtown, an adopted family member: Craig A. Coe of Elizabethtown, her sisters: Jessica Fahnestock (wife of Mark) of Manheim and Kayla Eckman (fiancé Larry) of Lancaster, stepbrothers: Ryan and Christopher Eckman; her Brothers and Sisters In-Law: Mark Bupp (husband of Shelia), Matthew Bupp (husband of Debbie), Miriam Whipple (wife of Thomas) and Nathaniel Bupp (husband of Marjolein); numerous nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
In addition to her mother, Tammy, Luticia is preceded in death by her Father and Mother In-Law: Dennis and Joy Bupp along with Uncles and Aunts on both sides.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, on June 26, 2024, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. 17543 from 4pm to 6pm with a celebration of life to begin at 6pm.

I worked with Tish at Headstart. She was such a sweet, caring person! She was wonderful with the kids and their families & a great coworker and friend. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. Praying for her family and friends.

Mike and family. Praying for you as you continue on. I’m heartbroken and words to express my sorrow are hard. I will share a memory that I pray will offer hope and peace. It was my honor to celebrate with you at your wedding by reading from I Corinthians 13. Love never fails! Tish lived a life loving Jesus and others based on that scripture. It was so appropriate for your wedding. I was blessed to receive from that love. Mostly Mike I remember the tenderness in your eyes every time you looked at her.
