Pamela Lee Miller, 60
February 03, 2025
Pamela Lee Miller, 60, of Lancaster, passed away at her home after a courageous battle with a lengthy illness on February 3, 2025. She was the daughter of Patrick O. Brown, Sr. and the late Barbara (Bloom) Brown. She was the wife of Harold Robert “Rob” Miller, Jr. for 21 years.
Pam attended JP McCaskey High School, and spent 17 hardworking years working at Flex Steel. However, her favorite job was working as a bartender at The Rockhill Tavern (she was quite a social butterfly), and later in life, spending time taking care of loved ones and friends until her illness. Even with Pam’s illness she loved her family especially her granddaughter Rylee, her little angel, along with who Pam called her adopted daughter, Theresa and granddaughters Hailey and Morgan. She dedicated her life to her family, offering her big heart and unwavering love and support. Pam was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and was loved by everyone who knew her. She was an incredible woman of strength and resilience and will be deeply missed. Pam loved the beach and left her footprints in the sand from the Caribbean Islands to Mexico and Assateague Island with the ponies. Pam enjoyed working in her flower gardens. She also loved her puppies Chase and Leli (until they would get into those gardens), along with all of her dogs in life. Christmas time was special for Pam. This is where she shined. From decorating the house to dinner with family and friends.
She is survived by her devoted husband Rob, son Phillip Havrilla; brother Patrick O. Brown, Jr. (husband of Cindy); granddaughter Rylee; and best friend Theresa Miller and her two daughters, Hailey and Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pam’s name to Hospice & Community Care, 685 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601. Pam’s family would like to thank the Hospice & Community Care team that cared for Pam throughout her illness. God bless you all!
Pam will be laid to rest at 11AM on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery, 437 Manor Ave, Millersville, PA 17551.

Pam (brown eye)…was a very dear friend of mine for 35+ years. We first met at Covered Bridge Apts, we became the best of friends. Our boys Michael & Phillip were thick as thieves and my daughter Brittany, was Pam’s tiny best friend, from the time they met, Brit was “girlie”…she’s 37 and I still call her that…Even though she’s no longer with me, she’s my “forever bestie” Love ya beyond the stars Brown Eye… until the next episode!! 🙏🏼❤️😇😘

Pam, was a great friend and boy, was she a resilient fighter! In the face of all her health struggles, she fought so hard for years to durvive and for the future of this country. I know she hung in for as long as she could. Her pride and joys were her son and Rylee. Rest easy, Pam.

Pam was a one of a kind person. Even with everything going on we were able to laugh, discuss politics, and share pictures of our families. I am honored to have been able to care for Pam and to have known her.

I would like to send my deepest condolences to the family. Pam was a wonderful and courageous woman. My mind takes me back to when she and her family moved two doors from us on East King St. We were just 8 or 9. I am honored and blessed to have known her and her family. She will never be forgotten. Pat, Patrick O, Phillip, Rylee, Rob and families: May the Lord keep you and wrap his arms around you and bless you. Love, Joanna L. Wilkerson, Spencer F. Wilkerson Jr. ❤️💐🙏🏾🙏🏾
