Andrew Colin Hall, 23
February 24, 1998 - August 02, 2021
Andrew Colin Hall, 23, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 2, 2021 in Millersville, PA. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the dear son of John A. and Amy M. (O’Brien) Hall of Phoenix, MD.
Andrew graduated from Dulaney High School with the Class of 2016. He worked full time as a High Lift Fork Lift Operator and Warehouse Worker for Quality Bicycle Products in Lancaster, PA and was also attending the Community College of Baltimore County pursuing a degree in land surveying.
He enjoyed family, friends, animals (especially dogs), fishing, outdoors, music, movies, skateboarding, vintage cars & trucks, reading, being a jokester and helping people.
Andrew inspired many to have fun and laugh. So his memory will always be a reminder that if you aren’t having fun, then do something that brings you joy! Andrew was also known for his kind hearted generosity and giving spirit, helping those in need and putting others ahead of himself and without seeking any recognition. We can all learn from Andrew’s ability to see and help those in need, struggling or just having a bad day. Andrew’s kind, loving soul will be missed forever, but never forgotten.
Along with his loving parents, Andrew is survived by his loving brother, Austin (AJ), sister, Amanda (Mandy) and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Dear Friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, the late Edward J. O’Brien and Barbara B. O’Brien and the late James M. Hall and Judith M. Hall.
A Celebration of Life is being planned by the family and will take place August 22nd from 2-6 PM at the Irvine Nature Center, 11201 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

Condolences to the Family

John and Amy, I am so, so sorry for this devastating loss you have endured. Unfortunately, I know exactly what you are going through and the pain you are experiencing. Nothing will ever compare to a loss of a child, especially since it is not how nature is supposed to operate. The important thing now is that the rest of you are ALL there for each other. You will find out that everyone mourns in a different way, some showing it more than others, and some, though devastated, trying not to show it at all, and at certain times, some of you will need the support of others while at other times, you will find yourself there supporting them. Addiction takes a whole family to overcome, and so does the loss of a loved one as a result of said addiction. I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Andrew, but from what I’ve read, and from all I’ve heard from John, he seemed like a wonderful young man, and reminded me so much of my late son in many, many ways. Hang in there guys. As hopeless as it seems, you will one day find your way through it.
