Annetta F. Brubaker, 93

Annetta F. Brubaker, 93, of Lancaster, PA passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy surrounded by her loving family. Born in Neffsville, PA she was the daughter of the late John K. and Mamie W. Forney. She was the loving wife of the late Charles Brubaker who passed away in 2015.
She was a 1948 graduate of Manheim Township High School. Annetta worked as the first front desk employee of Dr. Calvin Wenger, now known as Wenger Chiropractic Group which she left after her and Charles decided to start a family.
Annetta was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her children: Sherry Lynn married to Raymond Cucculelli of Lancaster, Dennis C. Brubaker of Lancaster, and Beverly A. Resch of East Petersburg; her 2 grandchildren: Erin E. Resch and James M. Resch Jr.; and her sister, Erma Stauffer of Brethren Village. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Joseph and Newton Forney, Elizabeth Hackman, Mabel Draude and Mary Myer and son-in-law James M. Resch.
Private Interment will be held in the Neffsville Brethren Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, one may contribute in Annetta’s memory to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 10 Delp Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601 or to Hospice & Community Care, 685 Good Dr. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
