Anthony Marshall, 44
June 16, 2019
Anthony Lee Marshall, lovingly known by his family as “Tinky”, passed away on June 16, 2019 when his life was cut short at the age of 44. Born in Lancaster and a current resident of Harrisburg, he was the son of Charles and Carmen Marshall, step-son of Tina Plaugher, brother of Gina George (Wife of Alphonso), Carrie Marshall, Janel Marshall, and Charles Marshall Jr., and father of Anquasha Marshall, Tyquane Christian, Aziyah Marshall, and Anthony Marshall Jr, and grandfather of two.
Family was Anthony’s number one priority. His life was his children and he did all he could to be there for them. He loved spending time with his friends and families at cookouts. Tinky was the comedian. His good spirit was contagious and ensured that you couldn’t stay mad at him for long. Smart, kind, and caring, Anthony was the peacemaker and brought people together. He loved sports, especially the Eagles, 76ers, and the Warriors. Anthony loved rap, whether he was listening to it or spitting his own, it brought him so much joy. He will be dearly missed by his large family and even larger group of friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 12:00pm at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory located at 414 E. King St. Lancaster, PA 17602. Guests are welcome to a time of viewing before the service starting at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
