While it’s been nearly 25 years since I walked into Conestoga Marine for a job as their title clerk, I look back on that time with Ronnie and Tony with much fondness. I knew almost nothing about boating when I began that job, but Tony was happy to share his love of the water and Sea Rays with me, and later, introduced me to the Tidewater and the Chesapeake. To this day, I can’t pass a boat without checking to see if it’s a Sea Ray, so to say Tony made an impression would be an understatement. Please accept my deepest condolences and know that Tony will be missed by many.
Sherry (title clerk at Conestoga from 1993-1996)

Deb,
We are so sorry for your loss of Tony. I can’t help but reflect how much my kids loved to go see him At Conestoga Marine. The boys would climb in all the boats and Tony would help them on and off each one. You both instilled a love of the Chesapeake in our entire family. My most treasured memory is when Tony came out to rescue me at the fishing battery because my husband ran the boat out of gas. You both hold a special place in my heart! Hugs to you during this time!
