A beautiful ray of light has left us to join the many bright stars above. I got to know Burnie more with working the Circus and a few other events. I have missed seeing him around. He always would put a smile on your face with his silliness. I don’t have all the stories that many have but the brief moments of time here and there were enough for me to call him my friend because he brought laughter into my life every time he was around. I can only imagine the loss for your family when he had such an impact on someone that was not around him often. It says a lot for Burnie. I am sure that many others feel the same way. My thoughts and prayers are with you and may God bring you comfort and strength.

With deepest sympathy to the family. My thoughts are with you all. Your father and husband was a dear friend to my parents. I will never forget all the stories Mom would share with me after weekends with the Shriners. Burnie was such a kind hearted gentleman. I will miss him. He was always nothing but sunshine. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.

We are sorry to hear of Burnie’s passing. We are seasonal neighbors on Dam Run Road , we have heard many nice things about him, but only met him once.
Our prayers are with you, his family, at this sad time.
