I was so saddened to hear of CJ’s passing. I will never forget the way I was always smiling when I was around him for the brief time we spent together. My heart is with everyone who loved him and I hope you are able to find peace.

I only met CJ through his friends and it is clear that he was genuinely loved by so many.  He brough such joy to others and his life, through much too short, had meaning and impact.  I wish you the peace that comes with good memories in time.  I find comfort in this eskimo legend:  Perhaps they are not stars, but openings in heaven where the light of our loved ones shine through to let us know they are ok and that they love us.

Oh Helen, I am so sorry. I can’t even imagine. We talked so often of CJ being at school right down the street from me. We haven’t talked in a couple years, but I consider you a very good friend and I’m here for you if you need anything at all.
