Dave, you were a great friend going back to the days of the Quality Inn. Always enjoyed our time talking politics and the markets. Too bad we weren’t right all the time. Will expecially miss our time on the golf course. Save me a tee time, and a table at the 19th hole. You will be missed.

Although I did not know Mr. Bixler personally I had the pleasure of knowing of him through his wife Pat whom I have worked with for the past 3 years. She always spoke of him in such high and loving regard and I know that he will be deeply missed. From reading your obituary, thank you for your service to our country and for the love, care and support you gave your family. On behalf of myself and others at Chesapeake Treatment Center you and your family have our deepest condolences.
