Dear cousin Dom, 
i knew you were confused lately and depressed. I’m very sad about  the internal turmoil you faced everyday.  I know this runs deep in our genes and it’s very hard to cope with.  I know if you could’ve gotten past this you would’ve been a great leader one day.  You also came from a family with superior minds and logic. You were a bright man like your dad, your grandfather, and many other DeSanctis men.  I’m truly broken hearted to see another young person taken from our family way before his time.  May you rest in peace young Dominic.

I lost my son 3 years ago and he left a son behind who questions why he is gone. We explain to him about the terrible condition he suffered from, and we tell him his dad stayed as long as he could.
I thought I could never live again but it does get easier,

Dom , you were like my brother! We used to talk everyday on facebook and you would always tell me how you thought no one cared. I always told you how many people do care. I always cared I wanted you to find help 🙁 I wish I could have helped but it’s to late. I’m gonna miss you and I still can’t believe your gone. Our hearts and prayers go out to your family at this difficult time.  We were deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Dominic’s passing.  I remember him as a small boy living next door for years and know how much he will be missed by many, especially his close family.  We are also sorry that we will be out of town on Monday and unable to attend his service.  Please know you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
