‘Whitey” was a person of great qualities. He was a wonderful teacher, terrific athlete, and super coach.  It was an honor to know him as a colleague at River Dell.  My sympathy to his family.  His smile and sense of humor and empathy  were so truly  present in his being.

Goodbye dear friend.  My favorite dancer and Quasi Moto rolled in to one.  Indeed a rare combination.  You were very special.  We’ll meet again.
