My sincerest condolences. Frank and I first met at Union College. He was captain of the track team. And I was a smart aleck freshman runner. He was my inspiration. The years went by and he not only honored me by becoming my his Urologist but to become truly my friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. If I can be of any help now or in the future, PLEASE ask.
John Parillo,MD. ’57
We are sorry to hear about Frank and that we lost touch with you both over the years. We remember fondly how you, Nancy and Frank, welcomed us to the USA and spent Independance Day 1979 with us, to find our home. We still live there. Thank you Nancy.
Keith and Christine Nelson,
When I think back to my early Budget Division days my memories of Frank always pop up. Frank was always forward thinking, optimistic and fun to be with, and I learned so much from him, on all kinds of topics. But outside the office Frank, and you too Nancy, had an even bigger impact on our lives. You folks found our house for us on Dean Street, and Frank convinced me I could avoid any possible mid-life crisis by buying your MG Midget (which I’m sure actually worked). We also got sound advice on all sorts of things from how to wallpaper our home to investing in the stock market.
Nancy, I know you and your family will miss Frank, as will everyone who knew him. We wish you all the very best.

We had the pleasure of getting to know Frank and Nancy when they stayed at our hotel numerous times.

Dear Nancy and Kiwus Family,
I am sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. I am also very sorry for losing touch with you these past several years.
I remember Frank very fondly from our time together working on Personal Service Budgeting at NYS Division of the Budget. Frank was the lead on the Schedule PS project and it was always nice working with Frank; he was very professional, kind and considerate. I remember Frank as the very first person I talked with when I walked into DOB one late afternoon in January 1988 for my interview; Frank directed me to where I had to go; little did I know at that moment that I would work closely with him on projects in the very near future!
You are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time; and, I will keep you there in the future.
Sincerely,
Mike Landi
Aunt Nancy, Jodi , Chris and Jon Paul,
We are Very sorry to hear about Uncle Franks passing. Although I was young when you moved from Schenectady, I still will never forget the X-mas Eves and other occassions our families enjoyed together. I remember him as always being very kind and quick witted. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
