Janice,
I am so sorry to hear of Fred’s passing. I have many fond memories of him (and you) as members of Sacred Heart’s choir in 1990’s & early 2000’s. He was always encouraging to me, a relative neophyte to singing, and gently pushed me to perform with him at other venues. I regret that we lost touch after we moved out of the area and never reconnected when we returned in 2013. He touched my life significantly and am sure many others. I will always keep him and you in my prayers. May you be singing with the angels Fred in the heavenly choir!

I worked with Fred for many years. As a rookie I learned a lot from him about police work. He was a great teacher. He was a great asset to the Lancaster City Police Department. He will be missed.
