I’m so sad to hear that George has passed away. I only knew him via email after we connected a year or so ago when he found me through the Lyons Lake website. I’m his cousin Irene’s Granddaughter Cheryl. I never did get to meet him face to face, but learned a lot about him through his emails. One day I’m sure that I’ll get to meet him on the other side and thank him in person for his service to this country. His emails will be missed up here in Nassau, NY.
