Dear LeeAnn,
I have such fond memories of your dad when he lived across the street from my parents on Murray Hill Drive. Both he and Dolores were such good neighbors and a visit to my folks always included a stop at George’s house. The world had lost a good man. May you find comfort in knowing that an angel is watching over you.
With deepest sympathy,

We are so very sorry for your loss. George was a wonderful conversationalist. Whether talking about history, sports, or parish life he had well informed views, fascinating stories, and a warm laugh. He was always so kind and encouraging and, likewise, quick to thank others for any small service done for him. Such a gentle and generous spirit is a good friend to have in heaven even as he is dearly missed here on earth.

George was one of my alltime favorite gentlemen from the securities business. He always stayed the same and was such a honor to speak too.His knowledge and understanding of the market was always on display when he spoke. He never changed his personality in all of the years that I knew him. You always knew where you stood with him as he didn’t have a phony bone in his body. God Bless you my friend and rest in peace.
