Dear McCue Family,
Your dad and mother were dear friends of mine years ago. I remember Gertrude being so supportive of Harold over the many years he was the treasurer at Grace Baptist. I also remember both of them teasing me about being forgetful and what would I do when I was their age. Well, now I am the age they were then and yes, I am more forgetful. 🙂 What a joy they were to me. Another tidbit your dad passed along to me that I still do to this day. He taught me to line up my dollar bills in my wallet in order so I could see immediately what I have. My family tease me about it, but it works! Every day I look into my wallet I think of your folks. May God give you His strength as you travel the journey ahead without them for a short time. They both leave you a great legacy.
With my prayers,
Don Johns
