Gladys E. Kline, 77

Gladys E. Kline, 77, of Lancaster died on Saturday night, August 14, 2010 at Hamilton Arms. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late James D. and Emily Deatrick Saturno. Gladys was the wife of Jay E. Kline and they were married for 50 years in June.

Gladys was a homemaker, who enjoyed cooking and having family gatherings. Previously she worked in the office of Kunzler& CO and then she worked for the family business the former Kelly’s Deli in Lancaster.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Leola.

She is survived by her husband, Jay and a daughter, Kelly Kline, Lancaster, a brother, James L. Saturno, Landisville, three nieces, a nephew, two great nieces and three great nephews.

Gladys was preceded in death by a sister, Gloria McCoy who died in 2005.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral and Chapel, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 11:00AM with the Rev. Newell Embley officiating. Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park. Friends may view at the funeral home on Friday from 10-11:00AM.
