“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his Godly ones”~ Psalm 116:15
Dear Mrs. Pollock,
Hi! I’m a long time friend of your daughter Cheryl. She’s shared so much about your dear husband over the years that I feel like I practically know him. What a lovely man, and how blessed you are to have been his life mate for so many years! I just want you to know that as we share the bittersweet knowledge of Jim’s passing, we also rejoice in that he is safe and sound with Jesus. May I encourage you to know that this parting isn’t forever. I’m sure you know this, but take heart that he’s really only in a different room for a while–and he’s very much alive there. You have my husband’s and my deepest condolences, and we will continue to pray for the Lord’s ministering grace, peace, and blessings to you and your daughters.
