I worked with Jay at Eberhard Faber for the 20 some years.   He was so kind and a perfect gentleman.    He often teased me about the NY Yankees, especially when Bucky Dent hit the home run as we were traveling down the mountain from work.   He was in his car in front of mine and put his hand out the window as he listened to the game on his car radio.   Of course as Eberhard Faber closed we all went our separate ways.    My condolences to Gladys and the family.   I know he will be missed.

My sincere condolences go out to the family of Jay. He was such a great friend during our time working together for so many years. I don’t believe there was a Father more proud of his sons growing up, and I’m sure many of our child raising stories rubbed off on me. So I can only imagine what his grandchildren meant to him. God Bless!
