Susan and Family,
You are all in my prayers. There is a huge hole within the GSI family and I can only imagine the grief each of you are going through. Every morning I did a head nod passing by his office and if he didn’t see me by a certain time in the morning he would come by my office and give me a head nod making sure I was at work. I miss those nods. When he talked about each of you his eyes would light up and always a smile.

It is with great sadness to know that the world lost someone who had a profound impact on my career, as well as many of his colleagues. Jeff Ream was my boss, mentor, and more importantly, a friend for over the 25 years I had worked closely with him on many projects. Although he had moved on 6 years ago to pursue other dreams after acheiving his MBA at Villanova University, I had thought of him often and applied the lessons he taught, daily. Often times asking myself, “WWJD”? Our many conversations on Saturdays in the office allowed me to see a side of Jeff other than my supervisor. His smile, infinite wisdom, love for travel, and simple life lessons will never be forgotten. I will miss him and forever be grateful to have had Jeff as a boss, mentor, and friend. Thank you for taking the time to care. Words cannot express the sadness and grief of his loss. Please know that Jeff had left an indelable mark on all that had known him. My sincerest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family as you navigate this difficult loss.

Jeff was a valued coworker who became a friend and eventually a boss for whom I have great respect for. I will never forget the memories made at work, traveling for work and on our own time. I will miss Jeff dearly.
Keeping Susan and the family in my prayers daily as I can only imagine my feelings compounded one thousand fold for them as they grieve this loss.
