Jeremy Lowell Appel, 38

Jeremy Lowell Appel “Pol-Pol”, 38 of Conestoga passed away unexpectedly from an underlying health condition on Monday, November 18. Born in Lancaster, Jeremy was the son of Steve and Debra Appel of Conestoga and the proud father of two loving daughters, Brianne Nicole and Charlie Elizabeth.
Jeremy was known for his contagious laughter and friendly spirit. A 2004 graduate of Penn Manor High School, Jeremy worked at Walnut Hollow Farms and Appel Valley Butcher Shop. Jeremy enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time around the campfire with friends and family.
In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by two brothers, Thomas Appel and Steven Appel Jr, husband of Cristen, as well as his sister, Cheri Landberg wife of Michael. Jeremy also is survived by his maternal grandparents Thomas and Gerry Grassel of Conestoga and loved by his Lab, Remi. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Appel, and his paternal grandparents, Leon and Grace Appel of Willow Street. Jeremy will live on in the memories and stories of his loving family and devoted friends. He will be missed greatly by those who knew him.
In memory of Jeremy a fund has been established to support Bri and Charlie’s future education and well-being. Contributions may be made to Steve Appel, Sr. and mailed to PO Box 181, Conestoga, PA 17516. The family is deeply grateful for the love and support during this time.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2PM on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at the Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home and Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584. Relatives and friends will be received from 12PM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Rivers Corner Mennonite Cemetery.
