Jody Everett Hiam, 67

July 11, 1956 - January 31, 2024

Jody Everett Hiam, 67, of Lititz, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Wellspan Ephrata Hospital. Everett shared 37 years of marriage with his wife Billiejo (Gerlitzki) Hiam. Billiejo was everything to Everett.

Born in Buffalo, NY, Everett was the son of the late Everett Earl and Shirley Ruth (Wallace) Hiam. He worked as a welder for Case New Holland.

Everett was very dedicated to his family, wife Billiejo, daughters Tristan Foulk, wife of Jesse of Ephrata, and Amanda Hiam of Martinsburg, WV, stepson Christopher Centini of Lancaster, five grandchildren, Kaden Hiam, Zander Sweigart, Akio Hiam, Harley Foulk, and Louisa Violett Prashaw, and his brother Eric Hiam, husband of Linda of South Carolina. In addition to his parents, Everett was preceded in death by his sister Lynn Swengler, wife of John of New Jersey.

He was a very giving, loving and friendly person, with a great sense of humor. He loved The Lord. Everett enjoyed woodworking and vacationing in South Carolina, especially Myrtle Beach. He loved America and enjoyed following politics – Vote Trump.

Dear dad, i want you to know that even though i havnt come home to visit as often as I’d like to, you were always in my heart. You did a great job raising us and being our friend. I will miss you so much and always know i love you. P.s. i still have our special screwdriver from way back.

So sorry for your loss. Everett was a good man, that I am glad to have gotten to know and work with for numerous years. he always had an interesting theory as to what was going on in the world.
