To all of John’s family,
My heartfelt condolences. I would be better known as one of John’s friends (St. Leo’s ’79 and L.C.H.S. ’83). I have many fond memories of growing up in Lancaster as part of this group, especially as one of the band kids. I am sorry I cannot attend the services for John, as I now reside in VA and work in health care. Please know each and every one of you is in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.
Sincerely,
Carolyn M. (Reus) Kruza

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jeannine, the boys [and John’s family]. I had a great honor of getting to know John; playing side-by-side as trombone players. John was the best! Later in Life I ran in to John in travels. I have vivid memories of how he spoke so proudly of his boys. You could see it in his larger than Life smile during conversation. We will miss the subtle gesture and smiles exchanged during the weekly mass at St James. I have no words other than God must have needed this man to take on a great role in heaven.
God Bless you John! Jeannine if there is anything you need from Anne or I, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Blessings and Prayers,
Dennis and Anne Quinn
