John P. Kralicek, 49

John P. Kralicek, 49, of Lancaster, PA, passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 19, 2014. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Paul J. Jr. and Mary Ellen Baldonado Kralicek of Lancaster.
John had worked in the construction business for various companies in both Lancaster and Chester counties. He was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and was a big Eagles and Phillies fan. He was a member of AmVets Post 19 of Lancaster.
A US Marine Corps veteran of 8 years, serving during Desert Storm, John served as a Corporal with the 2nd Marine Division, first in Field Artillery and then as an Aircraft Ordnance Technician.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters: Deborah A. married to Earl Wilkin Jr of Manheim, and Donna Kralicek Reedy of Gordonville; his brother Paul C. married to Sandra Kralicek of Willow Street, and by his nieces and nephews: Amber, Adam, David, and Cooper. He is also survived by his girlfriend of 5 years, Brenda Lee Burley.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 11AM-12Noon at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA, with the Memorial Service to follow at 12Noon, the Rev. Allen Wolfe officiating. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in John’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.

I am very sorry for your loss, he was a great friend & coworker. I am going to miss going out to breakfast with him on occasion. My condolences to the family and his girlfriend Brenda that i know he so loved very much. He would always talk about her. This is so sad to hear of John’s passing. I’ve known him for many years as we even went to school together. I saw him Wednesday evening and sat beside him for a few moments never knowing that would be the last I’d ever talk to him.
