Dear Jim and Sally and famuily,
I’m so sorry to learn of your loss of Jim’s mother recently.   This will certainly be a difficult time for all of you, but I hope, in time, that the good memories will ease the pain of your loss.  Each of us only gets one Mom, and the bonds are very special.  Please know that many people care.
