Along with her husband, Judy was an avid gardener. She loved perfecting her beautiful flower beds and harvesting produce to share. She had a special talent for baking, especially during Christmas, when she would bake an amazing assortment of delicious cookies to generously distribute among friends. Judy loved playing games and hosting her card club. She was also a talented seamstress; making and mending clothes, camping equipment, and travel gear. At Easter, everyone looked forward to her homemade peanut butter and coconut eggs.
Judy was known for her bubbling personality. Many neighbors and others she met during her life became her close friends. She knew every detail of their families and interests. Anyone in need received meals and her special love. Those who were distant could count on her cards and letters.
