My condolences to Karen’s family. Karen was a caring and compassionate nurse, and good friend to all our team. At any of our gatherings she was ready with a great story. Even after the most stressful nights, Karen greeted the day shift with a smile. She will be  greatly missed. RIP, my friend.

Karen was such a great person.  Many nurses owe their start to her mentoring and support.  We shared a love for the Phillies and never missed an opportunity to discuss.  Our community has lost a great one.  My thoughts are with her family and her LGH family.

what wonderful memories i have as a new graduate nurse being precepted and taken under your wing!    Many fond memories of breakfast out, Phillies game and any reason to have a little get together!    Thank you for helping launch me on this journey of musing from the heart!    Sending prayers to your family i know how much they meant to you!   I’ll never walk through new holland fair without thinking of you and Michelle.   You earned your wings!

I was speaking about you the morning that I found out about your passing.  Sitting at WBH and reminiscing about our past co workers and.wondering how you were doing!  I was so saddened and a chill went through me!  
You were so kind and caring to everyone you met!!  Even though we did not work the same shift, I felt your love and support!  Thank you for being a positive light in my life!

Karen was such a dear friend that I had the privilege to work with. I meet her 25 some years ago when I first started at LGH. I worked many a nights with her & when time permitted we shared stories about our families. My family will forever be grateful for the friendship that she gave me. I wish I could have been half the friend & co-worker that she was. Karen was such a wonderful nurse with so much compassion for her patients. She will definitely be missed. God definitely has a truly amazing Angel by his side. Prayers to her family 🙏🙏 . RIP my dear friend ❤️💔
