Kathleen Hershey Campbell

Kathleen Hershey Campbell of Lititz, passed away on December 19, 2024, at Heart of Lancaster UPMC Lititz Hospital.

Born on February 17, 1954, she was the daughter of Henry and Mary Bertz Hershey.

Kathy graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School in 1972. During her high school years, she played basketball and studied in horticulture. Kathy had worked at Fries Florist in Lancaster. Kathy later did CNA work Sitting with patients. Kathy was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Lancaster. Kathy’s hobbies were sewing and stitchery. She also enjoyed target shooting which she received several trophies. She also enjoyed camping. Her pastimes she enjoyed John Wayne movies and collecting Angels.

She is survived by her sister Mary E. Bortz (Dennis) of North Bend, Washington, and brother Henry M. “Butch” Hershey of Lititz, two sons Kevin J. Campbell, of Columbia and Jason M. Campbell, husband of Sarah, of Lititz, Her grandchildren Alexander James Campbell and Brianna Dill of Lititz; and extra grandchildren: Natalie Orr, Trent and Gabby Fisher and their mother Amy Fisher, partner of Kevin. Also, several Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Friends and relatives are respectfully invited for a celebration of Life to be held at The Dirty Ole Tavern 917 S Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603 on March 15, 2025, from 11AM-2PM.
