Hello, my name is also Natalie Platon Chan, and my family and I just wanted to express our condolences for the loss of Kristine. The way I found out about her passing away was because I have a Google Alert for my name and then this obituary triggered the Google Alert.
I remember Kristine because she once accidentally Venmoed me money which was meant to go to her daughter. I sent it back to her and thought it was cool that someone else had the same name as me because Platon is a pretty unique Filipino last name.
I also wanted to share that in my own family, I lost my 1-year old daughter Solara Chan to complications from an severe infection back in May 2023 (more info at www.solarachan.com). It’s been a hard journey for us, but we have some comfort knowing that Solara is in heaven with God. I pray that you and your family can find peace and rest in God during this challenging time as well.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many cherished childhood memories with Kristine, Linda and Victoria. Kristine and I talked over the years of wanting to get our families together, I regret not making this a priority. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family and that you find God’s peace and comfort knowing that she is enjoying her reunion with her loved ones in heaven. Love to all.

Randy,
I wish there were words that could somehow lessen the sorrow you’re feeling right now, but I know that’s not possible. I hope you can find strength by remembering the good times you shared. These memories are gifts that can help to sustain you when it seems nothing else can. Where there is life, there is hope.

Bob and I were so very saddened to hear of Kristine’s passing. Our boys Randall and Andrew were very good friends from elementary school until Randall’s passing. Randall was in Andrew’s wedding two years ago. We pray that God will grant you some peace knowing Kristine rests with her son Randall in God’s eternal glory. We hope that in time the wonderful memories of Kristine will get you through the sadness. God bless the entire family as you mourn her loss.
