Condolences to the Family

Dear Vasko family, my name is Sandra Gibbons Stenum Marks. Frances Skiba was my Aunt and sister to my father, (Frank J. Gibbons, Sioux City, Iowa). I would love to connect with Mary Beth or any older family member that remembers Frances, or has a close up photo of her. I have some information about her, except that in a family member’s oral history, she thought that Fran’s mother, Bernice Gibbons, had given her up early in her life to live somewhere else. It is the one mystery about Frances that I would like to solve, if possible. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
Please accept my condolences for Larry’s passing. Sandra, Woodbury, MN
