To the Gillespie family,
There not many people who have been as impactful in my life as Your mother and father.  Your mother held a special place in my heart as a spiritual leader, woman of God, and example of holiness. I learned more about life under her leadership than I did in school! Mother Gillespie was an amazing woman who loved God and her children. She taught us what she knew and she lived the gospel that she preached! Her life was a sermon of its own. I will always appreciate her welcoming me into the family of God and making me feel special and loved. She had a standard of holiness in everything about her! Her words, conduct and even in her dress! She carried herself like the royalty she was! Thank you for sharing you’re mother with me and my son. She will be greatly missed! And although she was not physically involved in our lives as much in her later years, she was never forgotten! It was honor serving under her leadership. It changed my life forever. And I will always be grateful for the foundation she helped lay in my life in the Word of God. May you all be comforted by the knowledge that your mother was saved, sanctified, and Holy Ghost filled! God bless you all. Love and prayers,  Evang Charlotte Robertson💕

We are praying for you Gillespie family!! Lady Gillespie was a strong spiritual warrior of Christ! She was so motherly and naturing to all those she came in contact with. She would smile at you with such a force sending a message with her facial expressions. She didn’t mind telling you the truth because she believed in pure holiness! She served the Lord with everything in her and always had a song on heart. 2 Timonthy 2:12 declares that  “If we suffer with Christ, we shall also reign with him.”  Through all her trials; She learned to suffer with Christ and today she is reigning with Him. Lady Gillesipe was my First Lady growing up and I will never forget her faithfulness to God, Family and her Congregation. Her character spoke for itself! She will be missed by Lancaster community. Lady and Pastor Gillespie have made an impact of this city and their service is commendable.  Behind every great man is always a great woman.
May God continue to comfort Pastor Gillespie, her children and the entire family. Please know that God understands you tears and He with you in sorrow. He closer than he ever been when your hearts are broken. Take your time to grief how you must and May the peace of God evaded your lives in time of loss. Your in our thoughts and continuous prayers.
Sincerely,
Durham Family
