Marion Mendez, 65
April 02, 2025
Marion Mendez was called home on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025. Anyone who knew her, would say she was an unforgettable, one of a kind woman.
Being 1 of 12 siblings, Marion was the oldest of 10. She was born in Bronx New York, and attended and later graduated from Reading Community College, with a certificate for medical assistance.
After having her first child (Jose Daniel Mercado) in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, Marion relocated back to New York, having her second child, Leticia Nicole Mendez in the Bronx.
She moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to live out the rest of her days, where she met who would be the love of her life (Hector J. Santiago).
Marion loved cooking, listening to music, making money, shopping and collecting things, and seeing all of her loved ones together, but probably most of all, she loved her pet dogs (Zoey, Chippie, and Gracie).
Marion had recently celebrated 65 fulfilling years of life, on March 18th.
With her determined character, and witty personality, Marion will always be remembered by anyone who met her.
Marion was preceded in death by, both of her parents, (Felix and Rosa Mendez), her beloved partner, (Hector J. Santiago), and her son, (Jose Daniel Mercado)
She leaves to be her memories by her daughter (Leticia Nicole Mendez), Her grandchildren (Amelia Briell Mercado, Julia Nicole Mercado, and Joshua Daniel Mercado) (Leah Briell Baines, and Brandon Ashton Baines) and her great grandchildren (Judah Nicole Johnson, and Elias Daniel Dasher)
Her presence will be beyond greatly missed.
