Michael A. Creasy, 66
October 02, 2023
Michael A. Creasy, 66, of Lititz, passed away unexpectedly at his hunting cabin, on October 2, 2023, in Shunk, PA. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Frank D. Sr. and Esther V. Creasy. In June, he, and Mary Lou (Strother) Creasy, celebrated 44 years of marriage, memories, and love.
Those who knew Mike, fondly remember him as a friendly man that never met a stranger. His warm, inviting personality made it easy for him to talk to anyone. Many will remember Mike for his 39+ years at Wilbur Chocolate in Lititz. In his free time, he enjoyed the great outdoors, whether that be hunting or fishing or hanging out with friends at his “Happy Place” in Shunk.
His memory will live on in his wife Mary Lou; daughters, LuAnn J. Williams of Myerstown, and Faith M. Moore, wife of Melvin of West Decatur, PA; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who affectionately referred to him as “Crazy Pappy”, Alicia Statts, Travis Frysinger, Sarah Scholl, Courtney Moore, Landen, Cameron, Taylor, Ray, and Grayson, as well as his brothers, William, and Robert Creasy.
A Memorial Service will be held in Mike’s honor on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, beginning at 2 PM. The family will receive guests from 1 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mike’s name to the American Cancer Society.

Mary Lou and family:
This is Mary Burger, we met many years ago and actually have not seen each other for more years than I can count when we worked in the Title Insurance Industry. I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s death and wanted to let you know I am keeping you in prayer. God Bless you as you journey through this sadness.

Deepest condolences to Mary and Family. Mike’s good nature, kindness, smile and laugh will be missed by all who have been blessed to have known him, including my family and myself. I have been honored to have him as a friend 55yrs.+. Sadly we lost touch in the later years but I still considered him and Mary, the wife he so strongly loves, to be my friends. I will miss you my brother. Ron Yeager

I so enjoyed our visits in the shop and your stories of Christmas in Wellsboro and time at your cabin. We see so many people downtown, but Mike was special and memorable, a very happy man, a smile for everyone! He will be missed.

Mike was a good man.I met him when I was 19 @ Wilbur in 1997. He was funny and spoke how he felt about something no matter who the person was. We became friends at work due to us both liking the Chicago Bears. Mary Lou ,may God be with you at this difficult time in your life.
