I was saddened to hear of your mothers passing earlier in the week. I was able to stop in and see her at Mennonite Home shortly
after my father, Jim Miller passed. She gave me this grin that I alway remembered when I was a child. I knew than that she
knew who I was even though its been years. I did have to jog her memory a little, though. Because of your mother and the rest of
the Dombachs, I was am able to have fun memories as a young child growing up on a golf course. I still could not talk anyone into
letting me ride the horses but I was able to get rides with Uncle Abe’s golf cart. Good times!!!!!!!!!! Please remember that your
mother and my father are looking down at us with loving hearts.
God Bless Everyone,
Vonnie Miller Flear
(Jim’s middle daughter, lol)

Sorry to just hear about your mother and her passing this week. It made me think of the good times we spent together at IU 13 and with the
children we helped together. She was loved and admired by many. She was alway able to pick herself up and move on, even in times of sorrow.
She will be remembered for the laughter that she spread to all. God bless your family, Doris Miller

Sorry for you loss, Jo, Betsy and Fred. Rmemeber all the fun we had at your house and the Dombach Farm. How Uncle Abe would have neighborhood corn roasts and free rides on this Golf Cart. I remember your Mother’s stregth and convictions. She could be so funny at times and had a good outlook on life. Fond memories of her live on.

I am sorry to hear of Nancy’s passing. She always had a smile on her face and and a funny story or comment to share about her students at school. I worked with Nancy at Manheim Township when she was with the IU, and I was also John’s and Jim’s fourth grade teacher so we had that connection, too. Nancy would check up on them wtih me. She didn’t want them to get away with anything, but they were great boys so that wasn’t ever a problem. My thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. I wish you all peace and comfort at this difficult time.

I have only known Nancy (Grandma) for a few short years but she impressed me right away with her friendly smile, her love of her children and grandchildren . She loved her game of golf which made a hit with my husband because they had many things to talked about. Nancy will be missed by many and our sincere sympathy goes out to her family> Rest in Peace Nancy you will be missed.
