My Dear Uncle Nate as we indearly called him was a very, very hard working man that took pride in his craft and instilled what hard work was through dedication, determination, pride and the value of a dollar earned. These hard work ethics was passed down throughout his family from nieces like me (Mary), nephews friends and his own children and grandchildren as well. If you wanted to borrow money he wouldn’t give to you without interest like the bank does, or making you work for it. I thank him for that, because it trickeled down to me. Whatever kind of job you do take pride in it and show your boss, coworkers, customers, anybody and everybody that you are qualify for it and most of all show yourself that whatever is put in front of you can do it and do it better  than anybody else. I follow these ethics everyday and pass this down to all my children and grandchildern too.
i also know my Uncle Nate as a stoned cold ladies man. Any and all pretty ladies were on his radar. Ooh my he was so, so smooth. He could talk any ladies out of her (shoes), but you know what word I wanted to say started with a p. If it wasn’t about work, it was about the ladies. Uncle Nate was ladies man even into his  late 70’s.
And to my loving cousins, his children Jackie, Nathan, Little Lisa, and Jeremiah; I wish you peace in knowing that your Dad is now with his loving mother (Granny), his sister Bessie (my mother) and all of Our family who also have passed before us and him. He is in a better place without pain and where it never rains and is always sunny. Rest in peace my Dear Uncle Nate, and I know that you are in a better place and with our loving family.
Jackie and Nathan thank you so much when my mother (your Dad only sister) passed. My Husband Raymond Sr. had a good friendship and family relationship with. He truly cared and loved your Dad. Our children Shomarya and her daughter (our granddaughter) Peyton, Vanessa, and our youngest son Trevor are all truly sorry for your lost.
Sincerly, Mary & Raymond Jenks & Family
