Nina Auriti, 84

Nina Auriti, 84, of the Long Community at Highland in Lancaster, and formerly of North Eden Road, passed away peacefully on March 12th, 2015 at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the wife of the late Anthony “Tony” Auriti, and the daughter of the late Charles & Josephine Randazzo.
Nina treasured time with her loving family. She was an avid reader, and also enjoyed playing cards and going on outings with her friends at The Long Community at Highland. Nina recently became a volunteer with Hospice and Community Care.
She is survived by two brothers, Joe Randazzo of Country Meadows Retirement Community in Lancaster, and Tony Randazzo of Rochester, NY, along with a large and loving family of nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10am on Monday March 30th 2015 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E. Delp Rd., Lancaster, PA 17601 with The Rev. David Danneker as Celebrant and assisted by a nephew Deacon Jim Carra. There will be no visitation prior to Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nina’s memory may be made to: Children’s Cancer Research Foundation, PO Box 7006, Albert Lea, MN, 56007, The Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital, PO Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033, and Hospice and Community Care,

I was sorry to hear of Nina’s passing. I cleaned for Nina for a year. Within that year she wasnt just a person i cleaned for she was a good friend. She talked about family and her late husband Tony. Family was important to her. I will miss her.May god help you all in this time of sorrow. Sincerly Wendy May
