Norma L. McLain

Norma L. McLain of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024 after a short illness.
Born June 6, 1939 in Huntingdon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Geraldine Beatty Harman and Robert Harman.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, husband Ted McLain, sisters Kay Kreider and Eleanor Dolbin.
Norma is survived by sons Jon and Eric Eichelman, brother Bob Harman (Jane), grandchildren Hannah, Jimmy, and Kathleen, along with several nieces and nephews.
She retired from the US Postal Service after many years of service.
Family and friends were vital to Norma and she will be missed by many .
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

I was saddened to read of Aunt Norma’s passing. We lost track of Norma after my Dad, Robert McLain, died in 2016. Norma was married to one of Dad’s younger brothers, Ted, and we exchanged Christmas cards every year. Sometimes I would run into her when she visited Dad at Country Meadows. She was a very gracious lady. Rest in peace, Norma. You are now with Ted, Dad, and all the McLain brothers and wives.
