Pamela R. “Pam” Kemmlein, 77

Pamela R. “Pam” Kemmlein, 77, of Lititz, PA and Breezy Point, NY passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Legend of Lititz. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Barbara (Barbalate) Mano. She was the loving wife of Bruce Kemmlein with whom she shared over 55 years of marriage.
Pam graduated from Herricks High School & Adelphi University on Long Island with a BS in Physical Education & MS in Health Education. She was an Elementary Physical Education (PE) Teacher for 37+ years beginning in East Meadow, NY for the 1968-69 school year. After marrying Bruce in the summer of 1969, she taught PE at both Fort Bragg & Pope Air Force Base in Fayetteville, NC while Bruce was in the US Army for the 1969-70 school year & through December 4, 1970, when Bruce ended his active service with the US Army. Beginning in February 1971 and continuing through June 2005 when she retired, Pam taught Elementary PE at the Bay Shore, NY School District.
In addition to her husband, Pam is survived by their two sons, Christopher Kemmlein husband of Sharon of Lititz, PA and Craig Kemmlein husband of Veronica of Palmyra, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Chloe, Hailey, Marina, Vanessa, and Natalia.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30AM on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Family and friends will be received from 9:30-10:30AM. Interment will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pam’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Bruce so sorry to see the news on Pam. I lost my wife of 50 years 4 years ago, you will have to pick up the piece and try to make some sense of it. I pass Litiz all the time my daughter lives outside of York. My condolences.

Awwww, I worked with her for awhile and she would always give me a rough time, jokingly of course!! She was the sweetest!!! My condolences to you Bruce, you took very good care of her……Rest in heaven my dear!!
