Paul R. Helm, 36
Paul R. Helm, 36, of New Providence, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 26, 2011.
He was the husband of April K. Guedea Helm, to whom he would have been married 8 years this coming June 28th. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Robert V. and Mary Anne Grab Helm of Willow Street.
Paul was a Level A automotive technician, working at Manheim Car King for the past 1 ½ years. Prior to this, he had worked for Providence Chrysler Dodge Jeep for 10 years.
Paul enjoyed dirt bike racing, 4-wheeling, playing golf, and bowling. He was a wonderful father to his two sons, a loving husband to April, and was a beloved mentor to his niece and nephew.
He was a member of Pequea Brethren In Christ Church.
In addition to his wife and parents, Paul is survived by his 2 sons: Bryce P. Helm of East Petersburg and Chase R. Helm of New Providence; his sister Kimberly Motter of Manchester, PA and his maternal grandfather Charles Grab. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Doris L. Grab.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 10AM to 12Noon at Pequea Brethren In Christ Church, 40 Church Rd., Lancaster, PA, with the Funeral Service to follow 12 Noon, the Rev. R.
