Pedro Rivas-Gonzalez, 51
November 30, 2021
Pedro Rivas-Gonzalez, 51, of Lancaster, formerly of Puerto Rico, passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2021. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Abdon Rivas and Benita Gonzalez. He recently celebrated his 4th wedding anniversary with Solanie Viera.
People were naturally drawn to Pedro by his sense of humor and jokester personality. He was loving to everyone that knew him and was loved by many. To say that he had a lot of friends would be an understatement. He enjoyed horseback riding, visiting Puerto Rico, and going to the beach.
His love will live on in his wife Solanie; children, Maria Rivas, Natasha Rivas, Crystal Rivas-Morales, Pedro Rivas, Jr. and Carolina Rivas Hernandez all of Lancaster; eleven siblings as well as countless nieces and nephews.
Guests are invited to attend a viewing at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St. Lancaster, PA 17602, on Monday, December 6, 2021, from 6 – 8 PM. Another viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, from 9 – 11 AM with a service promptly following.
