For the family of Philip Randisi, we are very sorry for your loss. We fondly remember the times we shared coffee with Phil and Jessie at the Boscov’s restaurant. Our recollection of Phil was rekindled when we stopped in for cookies one day at Phil’s bake shop. We will keep Philip in our thoughts and our prayers. Louis and Mary Crivaro Lancaster, PA

At 70, I well remember Phil’s haircuts. My grandparents lived across the street at 16 E. Lemon and between the ages of 12 and 17, Phil was never too busy to give me his full attention every two weeks. He was a jovial man and an expert barber. I have never forgotton those Wednesday afternoons with Phil. God Bless.
