Ray David Bricker, 86

Ray David Bricker, 86, of Lancaster, died Monday, May 19, 2014 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.
Born in Lancaster, he was the husband of Patricia A. (Freiler) Bricker of Lancaster.
He was employed as a manager for RCA, retiring in 1989 with over 38 years of service.
Ray was a member of St. Philip’s Catholic Church and a past member of the St. Joseph Catholic Club. He was an ASA umpire and umpired in the Millersville Church League. He and his wife Patricia enjoyed bowling in the senior Rocky Springs Bowling League.
A 1945 graduate of McCaskey High School, Ray was an Army veteran of WWII.
In addition to his wife of 62 years, he is survived by two sons and their wives: Steve and Molly Bricker of Charlotte, NC and Mark and Wendy Bricker of Millersville; and 4 grandchildren: Erin, Ryan, Ian, and Kelsey. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Bricker.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, May 23, 2014 at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St, Millersville with Pastor Mark Thiboldeaux officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial with full military honors will follow in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.
