My name is George Barnhart, I had the honor of working with Dick for many years at Woodstream. He was knowledgeable and methodical in the way he went about a task. I learned many of the things I use today from him. Dick was also quick witted and a constant source of entertainment for me and others at work. He was a great story teller. Stories of his childhood in North Carolina, his military service and life in general were always interesting and always funny. I valued him as a friend and coworker. Rest In Peace RVR.

My deepest sympathies to the Ross family.
