Richard E. Lease, 57, of Narvon passed away Friday, August 4, 2017 surrounded by his family. Born in Cumberland, MD he was the son of the late William and Grace (Bennett) Lease. He was the loving and dedicated fiancé of Barbara Traini.
He is survived by four daughters, Sarah Baker wife of Albert of Quarryville, Sandra Lease of Huntington Beach, CA, Susan Lease of Paradise, and Rose Santiago wife of Jon of Quarryville. Also surviving are two grandchildren, four brothers, four sisters, and his former wife and longtime friend, Linda Lease. He was preceded in death by a brother.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at The Worship Center, 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Richard’s memory may be made to www.actforcompassion.com/in-memory-of-richard-lease-for-the-children.

im sorry that most likely I won’t make it up there for the funeral. Growing up I didn’t spend alot of time with that side of my family. I lost dad now I’ve lost one of the uncles I spent most of the time I did with. Girls im sorry your going thru this now. My heart hurts so much. I love you all very much. Im here if you need me. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you say goodbye and lay Rich to rest. He was a kind man who treated me as one of his own every time I came over to visit Sarah while growing up. My own father had left, so his kindness meant a lot to me. I’m thankful for the time he had making memories, especially in his last year. I know they will be treasured by all.
