Richard H. “Dick” Wenger, 82, of Lancaster, passed away on December 14, 2024. He was the husband of Kelli (Lucas) Wenger, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage this past December 14th . Born in The Buck, he was the son of the late Samuel M. and Pearl Moore Wenger.

He was a US Army veteran, serving as a Military Policeman from 1960 to 1962 with the rank of SP4

Hello Kelli , Don Ankrum here, wanted to offer our condolences to you and Tim. So sorry to hear about Dick’s passing. We will not be able to attend the service on the 18th, we will be in Pittsburgh for our granddaughter’s 18th birthday.
We have many good memories of softball at the Buck. I can see Dick and his Dad standing behind home plate watching after they finished their days work in the garage.
We bought and sold many cars at Wenger Pontiac. Missy still talks about her Honda CRV, the best car she ever had, she put many miles on it using very little gas.
PS……Do you still eat “fireballs”? You always filled your pocket before we left for basketball games!
