Roger was my next door neighbor In Monroe, NJ from the time I was a young man thru my 30s.. I remember he put a large addition on his house single handedly, from foundation, framimg, electrical, plumbing and finish work.. A very talented craftsman.. and most of the best oil burner man around.. One time he invited a misionary to our small church in Monroe, who showed slides of life in africa.. He was always eager to help any one who needed it.. I was putting in a large cement side walk at my house by myself.. . When the cement truck showed up he showed up he was there to help me. The best neighbor a guy could ask for..
Most of all he was a minister, a very good man who loved the lord, his family, and treated others as family too.
Rest in Peace Mr, Frey you will be missed for sure …

Roger loved the Lord. His love was evident in his tenacious desire to be active in public worship singing hymns of praise. His sincere love for the Lord showed in his commitment to prayer. His love for the Lord was demonstrated in his love for people – family, friends and strangers whom he quickly came to know by name. What a comfort to know that he is now with the Lord whom he loves.

I have such special memories of our younger days. Enjoyed Roger as a Sunday School teacher, in our young people’s group and through the years in high school. Roger was Frank’s best friend and Frank was in heaven to help welcome Roger home. Our prayers are with you and your family.

A hero in living life well; he was caring, compassionate, energetic, strong willed, helpful, kind, thoughtful, insightful, creative, expressive and at times stubborn. He loved God and his family.

I was so blessed to be acquainted with Mr. Frey at our church and to briefly be on a prayer team with him. I will miss his excellent example of love for Christ and others, and his cheerful good humor. I pray that his family is comforted at this challenging time.
