Ron painted for us at Spruce Villa Farm for many years. He was just great to be around. We have replaced him as a painter. We have not replaced him as a friend.

Denise, Scott and the entire McIntyre family … We (Kathy & I)were so sorry we could not be at your dad’s service on Thursday. Your dad, Ron was my painting buddy from way back in time; among the best group of Health & PE educators at Warwick, and of course my wrestling coach… He was a great wrestling coach and a great friend; we shared so many things throughout the years and shared so many memories throughout our wrestling days as I became a wrestling coach myself; he will be greatly missed by so many. He always had a smile to share with everyone!! Hugs and Prayers for all of you.
Always Bobby (Coach) Derr and Kathy

I knew “Mac” from the North East River Yacht Club. He was always very sociable, enjoyed his sail boat, and showed up for work days at the club. On Sundays, you could frequently find “Mac” sitting on the back of his boat, smoking a cigar, holding a fishing pole. After he finished his cigar, he would row into the club restaurant and enjoy a big steak before driving back to Lancaster Co.

Denise and Steve, your dad was a friend for over 20 years at Warwick. Loved him dearly. He was friendly, kind, upbeat, and so funny. We would quote, from time to time, his “Macisms.” He was a dedicated educator and coach. Sorry for your and our loss!

Scott and Denise Sorry I’m not able to attend. Mac was an amazing teacher and coach. He was known for being a great wrestling coach, but also coached football and track. I have so many memories of Mac. All are good. “Red Fox” comes to mind. The last time I saw Mac at a wrestling match, I sat next to him and said, “Hi Coach.” He looked at me and after about 10 seconds he said, “Hi Champ. Thanks for all you did Coach!
