Scott had a passion and that passion was to achieve. I have had the pleasure to know Scott 4 years and with all his achievements I believe I was the lucky one and achieved Scott as a friend. I know he cared for people and I could see it showed in every aspect of his life the short time I’ve known him. I feel Scott accepted me for all my quirks and maybe I made him and his lovely wife Mary Ann giggle sometimes during my encounters with them together. He took a liking to my JRT Cooper and kept him company during one of our meetings at my house. The week we spent together in Bowling Green and at the Museum, Track and watching the Hot Rods will be memories I will cherish the rest of my life. Scott may you rest in peace.

I had the pleasure working with Scott for many years at Reading. He had a sparkling personality and would do anything for anyone. Nothing seemed to get him down. He true was a great collegue and friend to all who had the pleasure to get to know him. He talked fondly of his many road trips that he had planned to take once he retired and even stopped back several times to check in on us once he did. My heart and condolences go out to all of Scott’s family and friends because he will be truly missed.

We are truly saddened by this news. I met Scott back in 1994 when we worked together and hit it off immediately and became friends ever since. I have many fond memories with Scott at work, going to car shows, sharing vacation stories and always looking forward to his and Mary Ann’s’s Christmas letters. Our hearts go out to Mary Anne and their families during this difficult time. We pray for comfort and strength for them. Scott was always a very humble and true friend to everyone he met, and will be very much missed by all the knew him.
